Date: Tuesday, February 23, 2010
Time: 6:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m.

The In-Person meeting will provide an overview, live demonstration, and questions and answer session of the importance of neuroscience in your coaching practice.
Three objectives that meet ICF CCEU Core Competencies of Coach Specific Training will be covered in this meeting:
Participants will learn how to ask questions that focus forward and invite and support clients in creating their own “ah-ha” moments. They will learn how to capitalize on the chemicals released during those moments to move clients into action.
Participants will learn the neurological importance of asking permission at various points in the coaching process to reduce the “fight or flight” reaction that can inhibit coaching effectiveness.
Participants will learn the neurological importance of naming and quantifying emotions and why holding the clients’ agenda over time supports brain pathway development and thereby help improve brain functioning.
